Revenue Spark ("we," "us," or "our") provides referral leads to attorneys and law firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

We collect two categories of information:

From our customers (attorneys and law firms): your name, email address, the attorney or firm you represent, which referral categories you subscribe to, and billing information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full payment card details).

About referral candidates: to identify and deliver relevant leads, we collect information from public court records and licensed skip-trace services, which may include a person's name, address, phone number, and case information. This information is shared only with the attorney(s) a person was referred to, as part of the referral service itself.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

Match and deliver referrals to subscribing attorneys; process subscription billing; send account-related email (login credentials, password resets, and your nightly referral digest); and maintain the security and integrity of our service.

Who we share information with

We share information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate:

Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (transactional email delivery), and our skip-trace and address-validation providers (to locate and confirm current contact information for referral candidates). We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain customer account information for as long as your account is active, and referral records as needed to support the referral relationship and our business records. Backend application logs are retained for 30 days.

Your choices

Customers can update their account information or cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. If you are a referral candidate and have questions about information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
